Successful Implementation for Long-Term Success
Conviviali wants to help you build a successful organization that has a productive, vibrant culture, and delivers consistently excellent experiences at every level.
In earlier steps of Conviviali’s Business Model Development process, we uncovered research-driven insights on who you’d like to include in your organizational community and what unique value you can offer them. We developed strategic plans defining what kind of values you’d like your organization to embody, and how that translates into action. Now, we focus on organizational implementation of these strategies to unify your stakeholders behind a common goal. We craft the culture, policies and processes to ensure long-term success in building your powerfully engaged community.
Conviviali’s Business Model Development process fosters organizational excellence by providing a consistent frame of reference for all stakeholders – from executives and managers to support staff, volunteers, partners, vendors, and board members – to use when planning and implementing all business activities. Making decisions is easier when everyone is working from the same page. Using the “Leadership” frame helps your people think about the right things at the right time to make decisions that will help you grow and thrive – consistently and organically. Running your organization gets easier, and you’ll see consistent, positive results.
- Business Ethos Toolbox: Practical tools to help stakeholders interpret and reinforce your ethos consistently and appropriately across different roles and contexts. Excellence depends on an overarching vision being consistently applied in varied situations. The Community Ethos Toolbox aligns vision, strategies, and day-to-day activities to make that happen.
- Engagement Map: A visual representation showing how each element of your organization is related to your business model development efforts. It shows, in very specific terms, how internal stakeholders’ actions affect the final outcome. The provides an accountability structure to ensure consistent and positive interactions at every level, and inspires a unified response to your community building efforts.
- Stakeholder Rendezvous: Collaborative meetings to engage stakeholders, generate ideas and solutions, and prepare them for meaningful community engagement. Daily decisions and activities will become second nature after participating in these rendezvous. We take pains to ensure that all internal stakeholders: 1) theoretically understand the “whys” and “hows” of meaningful community building; 2) practically understand their role in the process; and 3) have a clear blueprint of what actions they can take to move the process forward. Participants will leave these rendezvous with clear eyes & full heart. You can’t lose.
